So very for grateful this place! I had a brand new Samsung phone that wasn't holding a charge. After sending the phone to Samsung, and having terrible experience with their customer service team and their service department, and getting a $440+ quote for a "possible" fix...I reached out to Techspot locally and they agreed to take a look at my phone! They had the phone for just a couple days and determined that there were just a couple wires that were disconnected. It simply cost a drop off fee and $40 and I have had 0 problems with my phone since! Highly recommended Techspot! They are honest and very easy to do business with!!

Received poor customer service from cyber haven in fort smith. I brought my Xbox to techspot and they fixed a simple issue in half a day whereas cyber haven held the console for over a week and had no idea how to fix it. These guys are awesome and they didn’t charge anything until after the issue was resolved.

I don’t live close to Van Buren (1 hr 15 min) but I couldn’t find a reliable repairman close by. I called many in the fort smith area and after reading reviews, I went with my gut, despite them being about $20 more for what I needed. My service was completed SUPER fast!
