What the repair involves

Most computer and tablet repairs start with a diagnostic, so we fix the real problem instead of guessing. The diagnostic carries a bench fee that goes toward the repair. Once we know what's wrong, we'll explain it in plain English and give you a quote before any work starts. Screen, keyboard, battery and port replacements are quoted by model. Custom gaming and workstation PCs

We also build custom desktops for gaming, workstation, content creation and everyday use. Bring your own parts or have us source the components. Call or stop by to talk through your build.

Protect your files

If the device holds files you can't lose, tell us at check-in. We only access the data needed for your repair. If a drive has failed, see our data recovery service.

How long it takes

Turnaround depends on the problem and whether parts need to be ordered. We'll give you a timeline when you drop off, and we'll keep you updated by text.

Warranty

Repairs come with a 180-day warranty on the parts we install and our workmanship. Not covered: liquid damage cleaning and data recovery (neither has a warranty), and motherboard or main board failures. See the full warranty terms.
