Battery warning signs

• The phone shuts off suddenly, even with charge showing

What looks like a bad battery is sometimes a port problem, so we check both before recommending a repair.

What the repair involves

Battery replacement: we test the battery's health, open the phone, safely remove the old battery and install a high-quality replacement, then test charging and power. We test Face ID or fingerprint after every repair.
Charging port repair: first we check whether the port just needs a careful cleaning. If the port is damaged, we replace it. On some phones the port is soldered to the main board, and that's where our microsoldering work comes in, which most shops in the area can't do.

How long it takes

Battery replacements and charging port repairs are often done same day. A battery swap can take as little as 30 minutes. If the part for your model needs to be ordered, which is common for Google Pixel, it typically takes one to two business days, and we'll let you know at drop-off.
