Want to sell a broken phone? We buy cracked, damaged and non-working devices too. A phone with a shattered screen or a laptop that won't power on can still have value, so bring it in and ask.

How selling works

1. Get ready. Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your accounts and reset the device.
2. Bring it in. Stop by the shop with the device and a valid ID. Walk-ins are welcome.
3. Get your offer. We check the model, storage, condition and whether it powers on, then make you an offer in store.
4. Get paid. Choose a store check, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal, or take store credit or a trade-in toward another device.

What to bring

• A valid ID
• The device, plus its charger if you have it
• A device that has never been reported lost or stolen, with Find My turned off and your iCloud, Google or Samsung account removed. Still financed? We can still buy it, at our carrier-locked pricing.
• Accounts removed. Turn off Find My and sign out of iCloud, Google or Samsung accounts before you come in.

You must be the owner of the device or have the legal right to sell it. We check serial and IMEI numbers against lost and stolen databases, record seller ID for every purchase, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may decline any device.

How you get paid

You choose how you're paid: a store check, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal. Or take store credit toward any TechSpot service, or trade in your old phone toward another device from our shop. Trading in is an easy way to upgrade without selling online and meeting strangers.

TechSpot is at 2308 Fayetteville Rd, Suite 900, Van Buren, AR 72956, in the North Town Plaza shopping center just north of Walmart, with parking right out front. It's about 10–20 minutes from most of Fort Smith, and we see customers from across the River Valley and eastern Oklahoma every week.

Do you buy broken phones?
Yes. We buy cracked, damaged and non-working phones, tablets, laptops and consoles. Bring it in and we'll make you an offer in store.

What do I need to bring to sell my device?
A valid ID and the device, plus its charger if you have it. The device must not be reported lost or stolen, with Find My turned off and your iCloud, Google or Samsung account removed. Devices that are still financed are OK.

Do you buy carrier-locked phones?
Yes. Carrier-locked phones usually get a lower offer than unlocked ones. Tell us the carrier and we'll make you an offer in store.

Do you buy account-locked or blacklisted phones?
No. We don't buy iCloud-locked or Samsung account-locked phones, blacklisted phones, or devices reported lost or stolen.

How is the offer decided?
Estimates are based on recent resale prices for your model and storage and the condition you picked. They're estimates, not offers. Your offer is made in store after we inspect the device, and it may be higher or lower than the estimate. We'll give you the offer in writing, and it's good for 7 days from that date, as long as the device stays in the same condition and passes our ownership, IMEI and account-lock checks. If the device leaves the store, we'll inspect it again before we buy it, and the offer may change. We may decline any device that doesn't pass these checks.

Do you wipe my data?
Please back up anything you want, remove your accounts and reset the device before you come in. If you need a hand, we can help in store. We reset devices we buy, but we aren't responsible for any data left on a device after the sale.

How do you pay for my device?
We pay by store check, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal. You can also take store credit toward any TechSpot service, or a trade-in toward something new.

Do you buy game consoles?
Yes. We buy PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles.

Do you sell used phones too?
