What the repair involves

We start with a quick check of the phone to confirm it's the screen and not something deeper, like a damaged connector or board. Then we carefully open the phone, remove the damaged display, install the replacement, then test touch, brightness, cameras and speakers before you pick it up. We test Face ID or fingerprint after every repair. We use high-quality replacement parts.

How long it takes

Screen replacements are often done same day, and many take 30 minutes or less, especially iPhones, since we keep common iPhone screens on hand. If your part has to be ordered, we'll give you a timeline when you drop off.

Warranty
